中文摘要: 目的 比较人工流产后立即放置吉妮致美环与γ型合金记忆环的临床效果及流产后出血模式。方法 将2012年3月—2013年9月间在复旦大学妇产科医院人工流产术后即时放置宫内节育器的观察对象共计260例按随机表分组，分为吉妮致美组80例，γ型合金记忆环组80例，并设对照组100例。通过记录90天月经卡，观察放环后的不良反应和出血模式，术后1、3、6、12个月定期随访，比较IUD的下移脱落率。结果 通过为期12个月的随访发现吉妮致美组的近期下移率要高于γ型合金记忆组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。而两组的续用率相同(P＞O.05)。流产后90天出血模式显示，放置吉妮致美组阴道流血时间较γ型合金记忆组与空白对照组延长(P＜0.05)，而出血总次数不变。结论 人流后放置吉妮致美或γ型合金记忆环是安全、有效、可靠的。吉妮致美环较γ型合金记忆环出血时间长，但不影响其续用率。
Abstract:Objective To compare the effectiveness of GeneFix inserted and γ IUD immediately after abortion.Methods A radomn trail was performed our hospital. A total of 160 women were randomly allocated to GeneFix group or γ IUD group Medicated immediately after abortion between 2012.3—2013.9.100 abortion women who had not used IUD or steroids contraceptive methods were chosen Control group.The the effectiveness of IUDs all above were followed up for 1 year. All women were required to record the number of vaginal bleeding days and blood volume of vaginal bleeding within 90 days after abortion.Results After 12 months of the observation ，the results showed that the recent removal rate for medical reason of Medicated GeneFix is higher than that of Medicated γ IUD(P＜0.05). Among the 90 days，the bleeding and/or spotting days of the GeneFix group extended longer than the γ IUD group respectively.While the total time of bleeding between these groups were the same.Conclusions Although the results showed that bleeding/ spotting days increased after the insertion of GeneFix，the continuation rate remained satisfied. So we can conclude that the insertion of GeneFix and γ IUD immediately after abortion s safe，effective and reliable
