中文摘要: 目的 探讨浦东新区区属公立医疗卫生机构卫生人力资源质量及区域分布情况。 方法 通过调查问卷、信息系统统计数据查询等方法获取卫生人力资源学历、职称和区域分布相关数据,运用描述统计法定量定性分析其质量和区域分布状况。结果 卫生技术人员质量结构与理想型格局尚存差距;城乡差距不容忽视,区域分布存在差异。结论根据结果提出以下政策建议:培养、引进高层次卫生技术人员,推动医疗卫生事业更高水平的发展;引导卫生人力资源存量或增量资源向农村、向边远地区流动,实现优质医疗卫生资源向郊区辐射。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE The purpose of this survey is to discuss the quality and distribution of human resources of public healthcare institution in Pudong New District. METHODS Methods adopted include questionnaires and searching through a data base in order to collect data regarding the educational backgrounds, professional titles and distribution of the targeted health human resources. Descriptive statistical methods are used to analyse their quality and distribution.RESULT It is resulted that there is disparity between the current quality structure of health professionals and the ideal pattern. Besides, the disparity of the healthcare between rural and urban areas cannot be ignored. CONCLUSION So, we get the conclusion that in view of the results we must take the following advice. high-level health professionals should be trained and introduced in order to improve the healthcare. In addition, more health human resources should be put or be directed into the rural and remote areas.
