中文摘要: 目的 通过对成都市基层医师进行分级诊疗知信行的调查，了解成都市分级诊疗的发展现状，分析其存在的问题，为成都市下一步更好地制定分级诊疗的政策提供参考依据。方法 文献分析法、问卷调查法、卡方检验。结果 基层医师对分级诊疗的认知度有待提高，双向转诊各项配套措施还需补充完善，建立信息共享平台仍为亟需解决的难题。建议 多途径普及分级诊疗政策，完善双向转诊标准及配套措施，建立互通互享的医疗信息网络平台。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE Through the Investigation on knowledge, attitude and behavior about grading diagnosis and treatment of Primary Physicians in chengdu，the present situation of Chengdu hierarchical diagnosis and treatment is analyzed, and the existing problems are analyzed, which can provide reference for the next step of making better policy of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in Chengdu. METHODS literature analysis method, questionnaire method, Chi square test. RESULTS The primary doctor's awareness of grading treatment needs to be improved, The complementary measures of two-way referral should be improved, The establishment of information sharing platform is still a pressing problem.
