中文摘要: 目的 分析老年骨质疏松性骨折采用骨水泥技术联合唑来膦酸治疗的效果。方法 选取我院收治的骨质疏松性骨折老年患者68例,随机分成治疗组(34例)、对照组(34例)。对照组单纯行经皮骨水泥注入术,治疗组采用经皮骨水泥注入术+唑来膦酸治疗,比较两组的疼痛评分、骨密度和骨代谢指标。结果 治疗组治疗后的疼痛评分低于对照组,骨密度高于常规组,脂代谢指标(tP1NP、OCN和βCTX)改善效果优于对照组,两组数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年骨质疏松性骨折患者于经皮骨水泥注入术后给予唑来膦酸注射液治疗,能减轻术后疼痛,改善骨代谢,提高骨密度,值得临床上推广。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the curative effects of zoledronic acid combined with bone cement technology in treating senile osteopotosis fracture. METHODS 68 cases of patients with senile osteopotosis fracture admitted and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and contrast group with each group 34 cases. Patients in the contrast group were given merely percutaneous bone cement injection, while patients in the treatment group were given percutaneous bone cement injection combined with zoledronic acid treatment. Compare the pain scores, BMD and bone metabolism index. RESULTS After treatment, the pain scores in the treatment group were lower than the contrast group. The BMD in the treatment group was higher than the contrast group. The bone metabolism index (tP1NP, OCN and βCTX) improvement effects in the treatment group were superior to the contrast group. The comparison between both groups showed statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Zoledronic acid combined with percutaneous bone cement injection in treating senile osteopotosis fracture patients can effective relieve the patients’ post-operative pains, improve the bone metabolism and increase the BMD. Thus, it deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical field.
