中文摘要: 目的 探讨丹参多酚酸盐对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能及炎症因子的影响。方法 选取CHF患者93例，随机分为治疗组47例和对照组46例。两组均予以西医常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐，比较两组临床疗效，观察治疗前后左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVFF)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的变化。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率为91.49%，显著高于对照组的76.09%(P＜0.05)；两组LVEDD明显减少，LVFF明显增大，治疗组减少及增大程度显著大于对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01)；两组IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP水平明显降低，且治疗组降低幅度显著大于对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01)。结论 在西医常规治疗基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐能有效缓解CHF患者的临床症状，改善心功能，减轻炎症反应。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of salvianolate on cardiac function and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). METHODS A total of 93 patients with CHF were selected and randomly divided into treatment group (n=47) and control group (n=46). Routine western medicines were given to both groups, on which basis salvianolate was added to treatment group. Clinical efficacy was compared between two groups, and the changes of left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVFF), interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and high-sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) were observed in both groups before and after treatment. RESULTS After treatment, the total response rate was 91.49% in treatment group, evidently higher than the 76.09% in control group (P＜0.05). LVEDD decreased while LVEF increased prominently in both groups, which changed more significantly in treatment group than that in control group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). The levels of IL-6, TNF-α and hs-CRP decreased evidently in both groups, which changed more significantly in treatment group than that in control group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). CONCLUSION Application of salvianolate on the basis of western medicine can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms, improve the cardiac function and relieve the inflammatory responses of patients with CHF.
