中文摘要: 目的 探讨急诊护理实习生带教中实施新型护理教学模式的效果。方法 选取2014年10月~2016年12月于医院急诊科进行实习的78例护理实习生作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法将此次研究对象分组为对照组(采用传统护理教学)与观察组(采用新型护理教学模式),各39例。于实习结束时通过试卷考试来评价两组护理实习生理论成绩情况记忆性试题、开放性试题),通过现场操作评价两组护理实习生临床实践操作能力及病例书写能力,采用问卷调查表调查护理实习生对带教老师的满意度。结果 观察组记忆性试题和开放性试题及理论成绩总分分别为(45.69±3.21)分、(45.85±3.33)分、(92.34±5.26)分,明显高于对照组(40.25±3.07)分、(39.78±2.98)分、(75.28±3.88)分,t=(7.64,8.48,16.29),P=(0.00,0.00,0.00);观察组护理实习生临床实践操作能力及病例书写能力评分分别为(95.85±3.66)分、(96.74±3.20)分,明显高于对照组(90.25±2.74)分、(90.07±3.12)分,t=(7.64,9.32),P=(0.00,0.00)。观察组护理实习生对带教老师的满意度为94.87%(37/39),明显高于对照组74.36%(29/39),χ2=6.98,P=0.03。结论 实施新型护理教学模式可有助于提高急诊科护理实习生理论基础知识及实际操作能力,同时强化其病例书写能力,最终提高其护理带教老师的满意度。
Abstract:objective To explore the effect of implementing new nursing teaching model in emergency nursing interns.Methods 78 nursing interns were selected from October 2014 to December 2016 in the hospital emergency department. The subjects were divided into control group (using traditional nursing teaching) and observed according to the random number table method. Group (using new nursing teaching model), the 39 cases.
