中文摘要: 目的 探讨贝那普利联合马来酸左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压患者临床疗效。方法 回顾分析我中心2015年6月—2017年5月在管理的168例原发性高血压患者的临床资料，其中采用贝那普利治疗者为对照组，84例；采用贝那普利联合马来酸左旋氨氯地平治疗者为观察组，84例；治疗3个月后，观察两组患者血压、肱-踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)及心率变化，记录两组临床治疗效果及治疗期间所发生的不良反应。结果 治疗后，观察组与对照组血压、baPWV均较治疗前下降，且观察组下降程度优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后，对照组患者心率与治疗前差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，而观察组心率较治疗前显著下降(P＜0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(89.29%)高于对照组(61.90%)，差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.08，P=0.00)；治疗期间，观察组不良反应率9.52%略高于对照组5.95%，χ2=0.75，P=0.38。结论 贝那普利联合马来酸左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压效果显著，且可降低患者脉搏波传导速度，具有较高安全性，值得推广。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE to investigate the clinical efficacy of benazepril combined with
levamlodipine maleate in the treatment of essential hypertension.METHODS The
clinical data of 168 patients with essential hypertension from June 2015 to May 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, Benazepril was used as the control group
and 84 cases. The combination of benazepril and maleic acid (BaPWV) and heart rate
were measured in the two groups after 3 months of treatment. The clinical treatment effect and the treatment period were recorded in the two groups. The blood pressure, brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and heart rate were observed. Of the adverse reactions.RESULTS After treatment, the blood pressure and baPWV of the observation group and the control group were lower than those before treatment, and the descending degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the heart rate of the control group was different from that before treatment (P＞0.05), while the heart rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment (P＜0.05). (89.29%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (61.90%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=17.08, P=0.00). During the treatment period, the adverse reaction rate was 9.52% %, χ2=0.75, P=0.38.CONCLUSION Benazepril combined with levamlodipine maleate in the treatment of primary hypertension has a significant effect, and can reduce the pulse wave velocity in patients with high safety and worthy of promotion.
