中文摘要: 目的 比较内镜下乳头括约肌切开术和腔镜手术方式下胰胆疾病患者生命质量评价及影响因素，为胰胆疾病患者的术式选择提供参考依据。方法 针对胰胆疾病患者自行设计“胰胆疾病手术患者生命质量调查问卷”，以电话回访形式对患者进行问卷调查，通过SPSS软件对数据进行统计分析。结果 内镜下乳头括约肌切开术手术患者生命质量优于腔镜手术患者；不同手术方式对生命质量影响不一致；胰胆疾病患者生命质量还受到术后下床时间和进食时间等多种因素影响。结论 胰胆疾病患者若年龄较大、病情更复杂或想获取更高生命质量可优先考虑ERCP手术方式。

RESULTS ERCP surgery patients life quality is better than that of patients with endoscopy surgery; Different operation way inconsistent effects on quality of life; Pancreatic biliary diseases patients life quality but also by postoperative bed and eating time and other factors. CONCLUSION if the older patients with pancreatic biliary diseases, the condition is more complex or want to obtain higher quality of life can give priority to ERCP operation method.
