中文摘要: 目的 通过对陕北地区医疗卫生机构医生的调查，明了当下医疗现状，探讨当前形势下双向转诊制度中的医生行为。方法 运用分层抽样的方法选取陕北地区包括延安大学附属医院、榆林市第一医院等32个市、县（镇）的医疗卫生机构的在职医生作为研究对象，采用问卷调查法进行调查。结果 运用SPSS 13.0分析数据，组间比较以卡方检验得出的陕北地区医生对分级诊疗和双向转诊制度的认识及其实施情况、效果评估差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。 结论 陕北地区二三级医疗机构医生对分级诊疗与双向转诊制度认识尚可，但基层医院意愿不足，需要采取措施进一步促进陕北地区双向转诊制度的形成。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the status quo of doctors in northern Shaanxi and to analyze the current medical status,then explore the behavior of doctors in the current two-way referral system. METHODS A stratified sampling method was used to select the in-service doctors of the medical and health institutions in 32 counties,including Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University, The First Hospital of Yulin. The questionnaire survey was conducted by questionnaire survey. RESULTS SPSS13.0 was used to analyze the data, the analysis of the doctors in northern Shaanxi Province on the classification of medical and two-way referral system awareness and its implementation, the effect of assessment, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). CONCLUSION The northern of Shaanxi province Superior doctor on the classification of medical and two-way referral system awareness is acceptable, but the lack of awareness of primary hospitals, further measures are needed to promote the formation of two-way referral system in northern Shaanxi.
