乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员现况研究*

中文摘要: 目的 分析乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员的基本情况、工作负担、收入水平、满意度以及离职意愿等。方法 通过自制调查表对五个区县1 112个卫生技术人员进行调查。通过SPSS 20.0软件对定量数据进行描述性统计分析。结果 约三分之一的乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员每周加班2次以上;近一半卫生技术人员每周工作41~50小时;调查卫生技术人员年收入均值为4.7万元,满意度均值为7.3;卫生技术人员认为目前工作三大劣势是收入低、职称晋升困难和工作负担重;超过一半的卫生技术人员认为职称晋升困难,收入和职业发展空间有限;22.8%的卫生技术人员有离职意愿,其中有一半想进入县级公立医疗机构。结论 乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员工作负担较重;收入和满意度不高,对职业发展的前景持消极态度;人才有向县级公立医疗机构流动趋势。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the basic situation, work load, income, satisfaction and willingness to resign of health professionals in township health centers. METHODS 1112 health professionals in five counties were surveyed by the questionnaire made by ourselves. SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the quantitative data. RESULTS About one third health professionals work overtime two times per week. About half health professionals work 41-50 hours per week. The average income of health professionals is 47 thousand Yuan. The surveyed health professionals consider low income, difficulty in promoting in technical titles and heavy work load as the three disadvantages of their jobs. Over one half surveyed health professionals consider that it is difficult to promote their technical titles and their income and career do not have a promising future. 22.8 percent surveyed health professionals have the willingness to resign and about half of them try to find a new job at the county level public hospitals.CONCLUSION The work load of health workers in township health center is heavy. The health workers in township health center are not very satisfied with income and the whole situation and they are negative with their career development. There is a trend that wonderful workers in township health center are moving to the public hospitals of county level.
