中文摘要: 目的 调查杭州市居民对社区中医药服务利用的现状，并分析社区中医药服务利用的影响因素。方法 采取分层随机抽样的方法,调查330名居民对社区中医药服务的利用情况，采用描述性分析、卡方检验和二元logistic回归分析居民对社区中医药服务的利用情况及影响因素。结果 居民对中医药认知不足和中医药技术水平不高造成居民对社区中医药服务利用较低；居民的认知、健康自评状况和是否患有慢性病影响社区中医药服务的利用。结论 应改善居民对社区中医药服务的认知情况，提高社区中医药技术水平，吸引居民对社区中医药服务的利用。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the Hangzhou residents for utilization for community health services in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and analyze the influencing factors of utilization. METHODS Stratified random sampling questionnaire survey was conducted among 330 residents in community. The descriptive analysis, chi-square test and binary logistic regression were used to analyze the utilization of TCM and its influencing factors. RESULTS Locking of awareness of Chinese medicine service and the low technical level of Chinese medicine service caused low level of residents' utilization of TCM.Residents' cognition, health self-assessment status and chronic diseases affect the utilization of TCM. CONCLUSIONS The residents 'cognition of community health services in traditional Chinese medicine and the technical level of community Chinese medicine should be improved so as to improve residents' utilization of TCM.
