中文摘要: 目的 了解黄埔区妇女乳腺疾病发生情况，探讨乳腺疾病健康促进策略，提高辖区妇女健康水平。方法 对黄埔区2014—2016年共13 868例乳腺疾病筛查结果进行分析，了解疾病发生情况。结果 普查人数共计13 868人次，其中乳腺肿瘤302人，发生率为2.18%，乳腺增生4466人，发生率为32.20%，乳腺其他良性疾病1 055人，发生率为7.61%，乳腺癌4人，发生率为2.89%万。结论 乳腺疾病是影响妇女健康水平的一个重要因素，乳腺普查关系到女性健康，应当加强健康教育，鼓励女性定期参加普查，从而及时发现乳腺疾病。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence of breast diseases among women in Huangpu District, and to explore the strategies for health level of women in the area. METHOD To analyze a total of 13868 cases of breast disease screening in Huangpu District in 2014-2016 and to understand the condition of the disease. RESULTS The survey of a total of 13868 people, including 302 breast tumors, the incidence rate of 2.18%, breast hyperplasia 4466, the incidence rate was 32.20%,the other breast benign disease 1055, the incidence rate was 7.61%,4 breast cancer, the incidence rate was 2.18 of ten thousand. CONCLUSION Breast disease is one of the important factors affecting the health of women, breast screening related to women's health, and we should strengthen health education, to encourage women to participate in the survey regularly, so as to find breast disease in a timely manner.
