Abstract:objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing intervention on the improvement of adverse psychological mood and quality of life and satisfaction in patients with postoperative radiotherapy of breast cancer.Methods In this study, we retrospectively analyzed the clinical diagnosis and treatment of 120 patients with postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer. The results of this study were compared by comparison. The quality of life of the subjects was evaluated before and 1 day after the intervention. The quality of life was evaluated by QOL-C30 before the intervention. One month after the intervention, the hospital self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the quality of life Patient intervention before and after satisfaction.Results (31.52±3.69) points, (33.68±4.12) points, significantly lower than the pre-intervention (57.69±8.15) points, (59.41±6.55), P<0.05, and the patients after intervention Functional, psychological function, social function and material social dimension score was significantly lower than before intervention, P<0.05.After the intervention, the satisfaction rate was 97.5%, which was significantly higher than that before intervention (87.5%,χ2=10.25, P=0.00).Conclusion Targeted personalized care interventions for postoperative radiotherapy of breast cancer can help to improve their adverse psychological conditions and promote better treatment, thereby improving their quality of life, enhancing nurse harmony, friendship, and thus winning The patient is well received for care.
