中文摘要: 目的 探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液佐治小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效及安全性。方法 将86例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿按治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组(每组各43例)。对照组给予抗生素头孢呋辛钠治疗，观察组在此基础上给予蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.67%,明显高于对照组的81.40%(P＜0.05)；治疗后观察组体温恢复正常、咽喉疼痛消失等临床症状消失时间均明显短于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组中2例患儿在刚服用蒲地蓝消炎口服液时出现轻微腹泻，对照组未出现明显不良反应。结论 蒲地蓝消炎口服液佐治急性化脓性扁桃体炎安全、有效，但治疗期间应注意不良反应，以免发生严重后果。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid in the adjunctive treatment of infantile acute purulent tonsillitis. METHOD A total of 86 infants with acute purulent tonsillitis were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different therapeutic methods, 43 cases in each group. Control group was treated with antibiotics Cefuroxime Sodium, on which basis observation group was added with Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid.RESULT The total response rate was 97.67% in observation group, evidently higher than the 81.40% in control group after treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment, observation group was markedly lower in the recovery time of body temperature and disappearance time of clinical symptoms like throat pain than control group(P＜0.05).Two infants in observation group suffered from mild diarrhea after administration of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid, while none in control group had significant adverse reactions.CONCLUSION Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid is safe and effective in the adjunctive treatment of infantile acute purulent tonsillitis, but adverse reactions should be highly concerned to avoid serious outcomes during treatment.
