中文摘要: 目的 了解广州市居民医院选择情况，找出居民选择不同医院的主要相关因素，为分级诊疗制度推进提出一些理论参考。方法 分层随机抽取广州市3个区，每个区选择6家医疗机构作为调查点，每个调查点随机抽取50名就诊居民展开问卷调查。结果 调查927人，因子分析(factor analysis,FA)法结果提取5个因子。雷达图显示选择社区卫生服务中心等基层医院居民在收费水平(0.12分)上的标化因子得分比较高，选择省级医院居民在设备水平(0.30分)、服务环境和态度方面(0.22分)得分较高。结论 居民选择医院时比较注重收费、设备、服务环境和态度情况，分级诊疗推行时尤其要重视这些方面。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE the study was to investigate the hospital choice of the residents in Guangzhou, find out the main factors influencing hospital selection. some theoretical reference for the promotion of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system could be put forward. METHODS stratified random sampling was conducted in three districts of Guangzhou. Six medical institutions were selected as survey sites in each district, and 50 residents were randomly selected from each survey point to carry out a questionnaire survey. RESULTS Finally, the 927 valid questionnaires were retrieved. Five factors were extracted. Residents choosing a community health service center and other basic hospital have relatively higher scores (0.12) in the medical expenses. Residents choosing the provincial hospital have relatively higher scores in the equipment(0.30) and the service environment or attitude (0.22) . CONCLUSION Residents payed more attention to the medical
fee, medical equipment, service environment and attitude when they chose hospitals, so it should be attracted attention.
