中文摘要: 目的 评价使用注射用头孢美唑钠的合理性。方法 收集华山医院出院患者的电子病历285例，统计患者基本信息、临床诊断、疾病情况、用药情况及其他相关实验室检查项目等，总结分析注射用头孢美唑钠治疗的患者的临床资料。结果 168例使用注射用头孢美唑钠患者中，外科围术期用药132例(Ⅰ类切口用药63例，Ⅱ类切口用药69例)；内科预防用药23例；治疗用药13例。不合理用药主要表现在非适应症(共94例，占55.95%)、治疗时间不合理(共98例，占58.33%)和治疗剂量不合理(共95例，占56.55%)。未发现不合理联合用药者。结论 注射用头孢美唑钠的不合理应用主要表现在适应症、用药剂量、用药时间的不合理，临床治疗需加强管理，提高用药合理性，降低不良反应发生率。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To assess the reasonability of Cefmetazole Sodium for Injection. METHODS The electronic records of 285 patients who were discharged from Huashan Hospital were selected to collect patients’ general information, clinical diagnosis, disease conditions, medications and other related laboratory tests, so as to summary and analyze the clinical data of patients who were treated with Cefmetazole Sodium for Injection.RESULTS Of the 168 patients who were treated with Cefmetazole Sodium for Injection, 132 patients (63 for type I incision and 69 for type II incision) received the drug in surgical perioperative period, while 23 for prophylaxis in Department of Internal Medicine, and 13 for treatment. Unreasonable drug use was manifested by non-indications (in 94 patients, accounting for 55.95%), unreasonable dosing time (in 98 patients, accounting for 58.33%) and unreasonable drug doses (in 95 patients, accounting for 56.55%). Patients with unreasonable concomitant medications were not found.CONCLUSION The unreasonable use of Cefmetazole Sodium for Injection is mainly marked by irrationality in indications, drug doses and dosing time, for which management should be enhanced during clinical treatment, so as to increase the drug reasonability and reduce the occurrence rates of adverse reactions.
