中文摘要: 目的 调查烧伤患者康复期间生存状况及生存质量影响因素，并提出相关护理措施。方法 调查我院2016年6月—2017年6月300例烧伤康复期患者基本信息及生存质量状况，分析患者康复期间生存质量影响因素，并提出相应护理措施。结果 经调查发现，我院烧伤康复期患者生存质量得分为(61.72±18.45) 分。烧伤患者康复期间生存质量影响因素为患者职业、婚姻状况、性别、收入状况、手烧伤及会阴部烧伤。结论 我院烧伤患者康复期间生存质量尚处中等偏下水平，且影响因素较多，因此可通过针对性实施护理干预可有助于提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To survival status and quality of life of burned patients during the rehabilitation were investigated, and related nursing measures were put forward.METHODS To investigate the basic information and quality of life of 300 patients with convalescent burn in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017. The influencing factors of quality of life during rehabilitation were analyzed and corresponding nursing measures were put forward.RESULTS The survey found that patients with convalescent rehabilitation in our hospital quality of life score was (61.72±18.45) points. The factors affecting the quality of life during the rehabilitation of burn patients were occupation, marital status, sex, income status, hand burn and perineal burns.CONCLUSIONS The quality of life of patients with burn injury in our hospital is still lower than the middle level, and the impact of many factors, so targeted care intervention can help to improve the quality of life of patients.
