Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect and preventive effect of self-made wu teng decoction combined with interferon a-2b gel in the treatment of precancerous lesion of cervical HPV infection. METHODS Sixty-eight patients with cervical precancerous lesions and surgical treatment of cervical HPV infection in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with interferon alfa-2b gel alone. Patients in the study group were given self-made wushen decoction combined with interferon alfa-2b gel treatment, and the clinical efficacy and postoperative recurrence were compared between the two groups. RESULTS The total effective rate of study group was 91.2%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (67.7%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); after treatment, the total score of Chinese medicine symptom and RLU/CO value were significantly lower than those before treatment , Compared with the control group, the study group decreased more significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the study group HPV negative conversion rate was 82.3%, significantly higher than the control group, 55.9%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the recurrence rate of the study group (3.0%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (20.6%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS The self-made Xiao Tong Decoction combined with IFN-α-2b gel can achieve significant clinical effect in cervical precancerous lesions of HPV infection, and the postoperative recurrence rate is low, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
