中文摘要: 目的 研究分析锥形束CT（CBCT机）在口腔住院医师规范化培训阻生牙拔除术中的应用价值。方法 选取2016年5月—2017年6月在上海交通大学附属第一人民医院口腔科门诊进行阻生牙拔除术的106例患者，将这些患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组均为53例。观察组应用CBCT机辅助进行阻生牙拔除，对照组应用传统曲面断层X线检查辅助进行阻生牙拔除，比较分析两组拔牙后效果。结果 观察组拔牙所需时间低于对照组；观察组拔牙成功率高于对照组；观察组拔牙过程中及拔牙后的并发症发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 CBCT机在口腔全科住院医师规范化培训阻生牙拔除术中的应用价值较高，值得临床上推广应用。

Abstract:Objective to evaluate and analyze the ap plication value of Cone Beam Computerized Tomography for impacted teeth extraction in standardized training of resident dentist. Methods 106 outpatients with impacted teeth undergoing extraction in department of stomatology of Shanghai No.1 People’s Hospital from May 2016 to June 2017 were included in this study. The patients were randomly sampled into observation group and control group,53 patients in each group. CBCT was used for impacted teeth extraction in observation group while the traditional panoramic radiography was used in control group. Evaluation and analysis of the post extraction effect of these two groups was performed.Results the operation time needed for observation group is less than that in the control group. Higher success rate of impacted teeth removal was obtained in the observation group than that in the control group. Less intraoperative and post-operative complications were observed in observation group when compared with the control group. All the differences founded is of statistical significance. (P＜0.05) Conclusion CBCT is of great value for impacted teeth extraction in the protocol of standardized training of resident dentist and is highly recommended for clinical appropriate application.
