中文摘要: 目的 比较传统眼袋整形术与现代综合眼袋整形术的临床应用效果，为临床眼科治疗提供参考依据。方法 选取2015年6月—2017年6月杭州市临安区锦城街道卫生服务中心收治的行眼袋整形的患者65例作为研究对象，根据患者实际需求及实际客观存在影响美观的表象分为对照组（n=32）与研究组（n=33），给予对照组患者传统眼袋整形术治疗，给予研究组患者现代综合眼袋整形术治疗，治疗后对两组患者临床效果进行观察并比较。结果 在治疗总有效率方面，研究组总有效率93.4%与对照组71.9%比较明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；在患者满意度方面， 研究组患者总满意度97.0%与对照组78.1%比较明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 现代综合眼袋整形术能够使眼整形效果提高，具有较强的美观性，提高患者术后满意度，值得临床上推广应用。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To compare the clinical effects of traditional and under-the-eye plastic surgery for the treatment of ophthalmic ophthalmopathy. METHODS From June 2015 to June 2017, 65 patients with oropharyngeal plastic surgery admitted to the hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as study subjects. According to the actual needs of the patients and the actual objective existence of the appearance and economic endurance, the control group (n=32) and the research group (n=33) .The patients in the control group were treated with traditional orbital plastic surgery, and the patients in the study group were treated with modern integrated eye bag surgery. After treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The total effective rate was (93.4%)in the study group and(71.9%)in the control group, the difference has statistically significant (P＜0.05).In patient satisfaction, the total satisfaction of the study group (97.0%)was increased than the control group(78.1%), the difference has statistically significant(P＜0.05). CONCLUSION The modern comprehensive plastic surgery for the treatment of ocular pouch can improve the plasticity of the eye, have a strong aesthetic appearance, and improve the postoperative satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
