Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of Dilongqianhai method on recurrent oral ulcer and provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods Sixty patients with oral ulcer in Zhujiajue people's Hospital Chinese medicine clinic from June 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The control group was treated with oral vitamin C and vitamin B2, and the experimental group was treated with oral ulcer. After treatment, the average ulcer stage, pain index, local curative effect, relapse within six months and the overall curative effect were observed.Results In the average ulcer stage and pain index, the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower, has statistically difference(P＜0.05); in the local efficacy, the experimental group 93.3% of the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group 80.0% , has statistically difference(P＜0.05); in the overall efficacy, the total effective rate 96.7% in the experimental group was significantly higher than 76.7% in the control group, has statistically difference(P＜0.05); follow-up six months, the test group relapse rate 6.7% was significantly lower than the control group 20.0%, has statistically difference(P＜0.05). CONCLUSION The treatment of recurrent oral ulcer with Dilongqianhai method can achieve significant clinical effect, promote the healing of oral ulcer, and has a low recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
