中文摘要: 目的 以社区卫生服务中心的视角，对上海市浦东新区社区卫生服务中心开展医养结合服务的现状进行评价。方法 通过书面访谈法获知256位社区卫生服务中心医务人员对当前医养结合服务现状的评价，记录并分析其“满意”之处和“不满意”之处。结果 实施机制、人力资源和政策规范满意，经费待遇、政策规范、考核管理、工作强度和医患关系不满意。结论 基于社区卫生服务中心的医养结合服务总体机制较为明确，具体实施细则、队伍建设、医患关系处理等方面尚需完善。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE Analyze and evaluate the Combination of Medical and Pension Model service status of community health centers in Shanghai Pudong New Area. METHODS Collected 256 medical staff's assessment of the status, recorded and analyzed the "satisfied" and "not satisfied" through written interview.RESULTS From the "satisfied" and "not satisfied" respectively, Implementation mechanism, human resources and policy standards in place, Treatment and funds, policies and regulations, assessment and management, work intensity and doctor-patient relationship is not in place. CONCLUSION The overall mechanism is clear, specific implementation details, team building, doctor-patient relationship and other aspects need to be improved.
