红霉素、阿奇霉素序贯疗法 治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎效果分析

中文摘要: 目的 对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)采取红霉素、阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗的临床效果进行探析。方法 选取2017年1月—2018年1月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的94例MPP患儿纳入研究中,基于数字表法随机分成试验组和常规组,每组各47例。2组均给予基础对症治疗,常规组应用红霉素治疗,试验组采取红霉素、阿奇霉素序贯治疗,治疗完成后,对比分析临床临床效果。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为95.74%,常规组总有效率为82.98%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、啰音消失时间及住院时间均显著短于常规组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论采用红霉素、阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿MPP,效果确切,可有效改善患儿症状,且安全性较高,整体优于单用红霉素,有重要临床价值。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of sequential therapy of erythromycin and azithromycin in children with mycoplasma pneumonia (MPP). METHODS 94 cases of MPP children received in our hospital in January 2017 ~2018 and January were included in the study. Based on the digital table method, the experimental group and the routine group were randomly divided into the experimental group and the routine group, with 47 cases in each group. The 2 groups were given the basic symptomatic treatment, the routine group was treated with erythromycin and the experimental group was treated with erythromycin and Azithromycin Sequential therapy. After the completion of the treatment, the comparative analysis was made after the treatment completed, the comparative analysis of the clinical treatment was made. The clinical effect of bed. RESULTS The total effective rate was 95.74% in the experimental group and 82.98% in the routine group (P < 0.05). The cough disappearance time, the time of fever, the disappearance time and the time of hospitalization were significantly shorter than those in the routine group (P < 0.05), and the adverse reaction rate of the test group was lower than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION The sequential treatment of erythromycin and azithromycin in children with MPP is effective, and it can effectively improve the symptoms of the children, and it has high safety. The whole is better than the single use of erythromycin. It has important clinical value.
