中文摘要: 目的 了解社区卫生服务中心管理者对当前家庭医生制度下“医养结合”模式的认知及需求。方法 采用自行设计的问卷对上海市浦东新区各社区卫生服务中心负责家庭医生工作的管理者进行问卷调查。结果 共发放问卷45套，有效回收38套，回收率为84.4%。 80.0%以上的社区卫生服务中心管理者关注家庭医生制度和“医养结合”政策，50.0%的管理者认为“医养结合”政策宣传力度一般，57.9%的管理者认为家庭医生制度和“医养结合”相结合存在困难。管理者认为家庭医生上门服务面临医疗风险、医疗安全、消毒隔离、交通安全和医疗废物处理等需要解决的问题。结论 政府应发挥主导作用，完善相关法律，改良配套政策，进一步规范和促进医疗卫生与养老服务相结合工作的健康发展。应不断完善社区卫生服务中心内部管理制度，强化家庭医生培训，加大家庭医生及“医养结合”相关政策的宣传力度。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE Todetermine the community health centers’ rehabilitation awareness and needs formedical-nursing care model based on family doctor system. METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted among thefamily doctors’ mangers of community health centers in Pudong New Area.RESULTS 45 questionnaires were sent out, receiving 38 valid questionnaires with an effective rate of 84.4%.Among the 38,over 80% payed more attention to family doctor system and integrated health and social care policies;50% thought propaganda of integrated health and social care was ordinary; 57. 9% thought it was difficult for family doctor system to combine with integrated health and social care. Family doctors’home service was facing with many problems need to solve, such as medical risk、medical safety、disinfection isolation、traffic safety、medical waste disposal and so on.CONCLUSION Governments should play a leading role in perfecting laws and improving supporting policies to promote medical-nursing Care.The internal management system of community health service centers should be improved, the training of Family doctors and the propaganda about medical-nursing care should bestrengthened.
