中文摘要: 目的 了解我国现阶段儿科诊所的发展现状及出现的问题，提出相应的建议。方法 采用文献查阅法、专家咨询法和实地考察法对我国儿科诊所进行调查。结果 儿科诊所数量的增加，一定程度上丰富了儿童的就诊选择，但其在规范管理、医疗质量和人员配置等方面仍面临问题，仍需要整体政策上的引导和支持。结论 政府及相关行业协会应构建儿科诊所的标准化体系，严抓落实监管，并在人才培养等方面给予儿科诊所一定的技术支持，促进基层儿科医疗服务水平提升。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of pediatric clinics in China and the existing problems, and put forward corresponding suggestions. METHODS Literature review method, expert consultation and field investigation methods were used to investigate the pediatric clinics in China. RESULTS The increased number of pediatric clinics, to some extent, enriches the choices of treatment, but it still faces problems in the aspects of standard management, medical quality and staffing, and still needs the guidance and support. CONCLUSION The government and relevant trade associations should construct the standardized system of pediatric clinics, strictly implementation of supervision, and give some technical support to pediatric clinics in the field of talent training, and promote the improvement of primary pediatric medical services.
