中文摘要: 目的 调查上海市不同级别公立妇幼保健机构医疗服务能力现状，为明确各级妇幼保健机构的服务能力、完善医疗服务体系、推进本市分级诊疗提供参考。方法 通过网络数据填报方法收集全市9家妇幼保健机构2016年度数据，采用统计描述、对比分析等方法分析服务能力现状。结果 上海市不同级别公立妇幼保健机构在医疗服务能力上差别较大。结论 二三级机构之间医疗服务能力的较大差距严重阻碍了我国分级诊疗的进行，提高基层妇幼保健医疗服务能力势在必行。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To provide reference for clarifying the service capabilities of maternity and child health (MCH) care hospitals at all levels, improving the medical service system, and promoting the city's grading diagnosis and treatment, research on the current situation of the service ability of the second and third class MCH hospital in Shanghai was conducted. METHODS Data of 9 MCH organizations in the city was collected through online reporting methods. Statistical description and comparative analysis was used to analyze the status of service capabilities. RESULTS The different levels of public MCH hospitals in Shanghai differ greatly in their medical service capabilities. CONCLUSION The large gap in medical service capacity between the second- and third-tier institutions has seriously hindered the conduct of grading treatment in China. It is imperative to improve the health care services for women and children at grass-roots level.
