实行家禽生鲜上市对降低市场外环境禽流感病毒污染效果分析*

中文摘要: 目的 通过对市场外环境中禽流感病毒污染情况进行监测和比较,分析评估家禽市场实行生鲜上市对降低外环境中禽流感病毒污染水平。方法 通过对佛山市三水区西南街道2015年6月-2016年全年活禽市场和试点生鲜上市的家禽市场进行连续监测,以擦拭涂抹的方式采集家禽市场档口不同类型环境标本。采用实时荧光定量核酸检测方法(RT-PCR)检测A型流感病毒核酸,并对A型病毒核酸阳性做进一步的H5、H7和H9亚型检测。结果 实行试点生鲜上市阶段,对两类市场禽流感阳性率进行比较,活禽市场为76.36%,高于生鲜家禽市场的54.55%;总的标本阳性率活禽市场为26.55%,高于生鲜家禽市场的20.00%。按采样来源比较,活禽市场售卖用具阳性率高于禽粪;活禽市场售卖用具标本阳性率高于生鲜市场的售卖用具阳性率。活禽市场标本中以H9亚型的阳性率最高(17.82%),生鲜市场则以未分型阳性率最高(10.55%);活禽市场中存在多种病毒亚型,并有混合污染不同病毒亚型,而生鲜市场未检出H5、H7和H9亚型。结论 三水区市场实行家禽生鲜上市措施,有效地降低了生鲜市场禽流感病毒污染程度。活禽市场售卖用具阳性率高于禽类,表明禽类在售卖环节就有可能加大禽流感病毒交叉污染的风险,监测结果提示活禽市场清洗消毒措施尚需进一步加强。

Abstract:Objective By monitoring and comparing the contamination of avian influenza viruses(AIV) in the environment of the market,to analyze and evaluate supply of fresh poultry products on reducing environment contamination of AIV in the poultry markes,in order to control the AIV pollution market to endanger the health and life of the people,. Methods Monitoring live poultry markets and fresh poultry markets from June 2015–2016 all year in Xinan Street. Different types of environmental specimens were collected from poultry market stalls to detect of influenza A virus nucleic acid by RT-PCR,the positive detection were further detected for AVI subtypes H5,H7 and H9. Results During the implementation of the pilot fresh market, the positive rate of live poultry market was 76.36%, which was higher than the 54.55% of the fresh poultry. The specimen positive rate of live poultry market was 26.55%, which was higher than the 20.00% of the fresh poultry. Comparing by sampling source, the positive rate of selling utensils in the live poultry market is higher than that of poultry manure.The positive rate of selling utensils in the live poultry market was higher than that of the fresh market. The highest positive rate in the live poultry market is subtype H9(17.82%), however in the fresh market is the subtype unspoken(10.55%). There are many virus subtypes in the live poultry market, and there are mixed contamination of different virus subtype, however in the fresh market without subtype H5,H7 and H9.Conclusion In the Sanshui District, the supply of fresh poultry products effectively reduces the degree of AIV contamination in the market. The positive rate of selling utensils in the live poultry market is higher than that of poultry manure, indicating that the risk of cross-contamination of AIV may increase in the sale of poultry, it also suggests that the cleaning and disinfection effect of the live poultry market is needed to be further strengthened.
