中文摘要: 目的 研究穴位贴敷结合岩盐气溶胶疗法治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法 将100例患者随机分为常规治疗组、穴位贴敷组、岩盐气溶胶组、非药物穴位贴敷结合岩盐气溶胶组和穴位贴敷结合岩盐气溶胶组，每组各20例。观察各种治疗方法对支气管哮喘的影响，采用六分钟行走距离、肺功能测定、改良英国医学研究理事会呼吸困难指数(mMRC)分级量表和支气管哮喘患者症状评分评定各组患者治疗前、中、后的功能并进行统计学分析(P﹤0.05)。结果 穴位贴敷结合岩盐气溶胶治疗能够提高支气管哮喘的功能；支气管哮喘症状评分疗效优于其他各组(P﹤0.05)；六分钟行走距离、肺功能测定和改良英国医学研究理事会mMRC分级量表等方面比较, 穴位贴敷结合岩盐气溶胶组均不同程度优于其他各组。结论 穴位贴敷结合岩盐气溶胶疗法是一种积极有效的治疗支气管哮喘方法。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE to study the effect of acupoint application combined with rock salt aerosol therapy on bronchial asthma. METHOD There are 100 cases.Those randomly divided into 5 groups. Conventional treatment group, acupoint application group, rock salt aerosol group, non-drug acupoint application combined with rock salt aerosol group, acupoint application combined with rock salt aerosol group, each group of 20 cases. To observe the effects of various treatment methods on bronchial asthma, and to use six minutes walking distance, lung function measurement, improvement of the British Medical Research Council's respiratory difficulty index(mMRC) scale, bronchial asthma patients 'symptom score evaluation before and after treatment in each group of patients. Function and statistical analysis(P﹤0.05). RESULTS Acupoint application combined with rock salt aerosol therapy could improve the function of bronchial asthma. The symptom score of bronchial asthma is better, and its effect is better than other groups(P﹤0.05). Six minutes of walking distance, lung function measurement, improvement of the British Medical Research Council's respiratory difficulty index(mMRC) scale and other aspects, acupoint application combined with rock salt aerosol group are better than other groups to varying degrees. CONCLUSION Acupoint application combined with rock salt aerosol therapy is an active and effective method to treat bronchial asthma.
