Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Chinese medicinal compound combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetes complicated with hyperlipidemia, and to analyze the mechanism of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Chinese Herbal Compound. METHODS One hundred and twenty patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia treated in hospital endocrinology department of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method. Each of 60 cases. In the control group, Western medicine was selected based on the patients' blood glucose and lipids; the treatment group was treated with the combination of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Chinese Herbal Medicine on the basis of western medicine treatment in the control group. The treatment period is 21 d. RESULTS After the treatment, the total effective rate of the two groups, the total effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment, the improvement of TCM syndrome scores, and the improvement of blood lipid levels were improved. The total clinical efficacy of the treatment group, the total effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment, and the TCM syndrome The scores of improvement of the waiting points and improvement of blood lipid levels were all higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The therapeutic effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Chinese medicine compound combined with western medicine on diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
