中文摘要: 目的 探讨分析综合镇静护理应用于癫痫患儿磁共振成像检查中的效果。方法 选取2017年1月～12月到郑州大学附属儿童医院就诊的58例癫痫患儿，随机平均分为观察组和对照组，对照组进行一般护理，观察组进行综合镇静护理，对护理措施及护理效果进行总结。结果 经过观察组的综合镇静护理干预，观察组的20min内入睡、1h内入睡时间高于对照组，观察组的入睡后完成检查总成功率100%，大于对照组总成功率82.8%。结论 综合镇静护理应用于癫痫患儿磁共振成像检查，可有效提升检查有效率，减少患儿入睡时间，减轻患儿和家长的痛苦，值得临床借鉴推广。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore and analyze the effect of comprehensive sedation nursing on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination in children with epilepsy. METHODS 58 children with epilepsy in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given general care. The observation group was carried out comprehensive sedative nursing, and the nursing measures and nursing effects were summarized. RESULTS After the observation group's comprehensive sedative nursing intervention, the time of falling asleep in 20min and falling asleep in 1H was higher than that of the control group. The total success rate of the observation group after falling asleep was 100%, which was greater than the total success rate of the control group by 82.8%. CONCLUSION The application of comprehensive sedative nursing in the magnetic resonance imaging examination of children with epilepsy can effectively improve the efficiency of examination, reduce the time of sleeping and relieve the pain of the children and parents. It is worthy of clinical reference.
