中文摘要: 慈善医疗救助是构建多层次社会保障体系的有益补充。 在社会治理新常态的宏观背景下，应当对慈善组织参与重特大疾病医疗救助予以重视。在对慈善组织参与重特大疾病医疗救助的政策基础、协作模式以及现实困境进行分析后，提出慈善组织参与重特大疾病医疗救助的路径与建议。
Abstract:Charitable Medicaid is a useful complement to the multi-level social security system. Under the background of the new normal of social governance, the charity organizations’ participation in the medical aid for catastrophic illness should be emphasized. This paper analyzes the basis and policy, cooperative patterns and realistic dilemma of organizations’ participation in the medical aid for catastrophic illness, then raises some suggestions on the cooperative paths in the respect.
