Abstract:OBJECTIVE By analyzing the current situation of health care work in the nursery institutions in Quanzhou from 2013 to 2017, the measures and methods of health care management in kindergartens are discussed.METHODS According to the 2013-2017 Quanzhou Nursery School and Kindergarten Health Care Work Annual Report, a descriptive analysis of the basic situation of the child care institutions in Quanzhou, the establishment of food and health personnel, and the physical examination of children were conducted.RESULTS In 2013-2017, the number of kindergartens in Quanzhou increased by 6.02%; the number of children in the kindergartens increased by 17.70%; the rate of children's physical examination in the kindergartens increased year by year, the average physical examination rate was 96.53%; the prevalence of moderate to severe malnutrition in children and moderate to severe anemia The prevalence rate showed a downward trend year by year (2=128.460、274.465，P=0.000), the ratio of decline was 13.94%, 51.16%, and the prevalence of moderate to severe obesity increased by 3.31%; the proportion of child care institutions that started meals was yearly. The increasing trend is that the average ratio of health care workers to children is 1:227, and the average ratio of full-time health workers to health workers is only 26.89%.CONCLUSION Although the health care status of the child care institutions in Quanzhou has improved in recent years, it is still not optimistic. Specific measures and methods should be implemented to improve the health care level of child care institutions.
