中文摘要: 目的 探讨门诊中老年牙周炎患者实施口腔护理结合健康干预对临床疗效的影响。方法 以2016年5月—2017年3月来盐城市第三人民医院口腔科门诊就诊的100例中老年牙周炎患者为研究对象（120颗患牙），随机将其分为研究组（n=50例）与对照组（n=50例），对照组接受常规护理，研究组在常规护理的基础上行心理护理结合口腔健康干预，对比两组患者的临床疗效、菌斑指数等指标情况。结果 研究组和对照组龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周指数(PI) 差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。通过口腔护理及健康干预，研究组（96%）治疗效果明显高于对照组（78%），且研究组与对照组治疗1个月SBI、PI统计学差异显著，研究组3个月后复诊SBI、PI改善效果优于对照组，组间数据对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 中老年牙周炎患者实施口腔护理结合健康干预不仅能提升临床治疗效果，也可以改善牙菌斑情况，值得在临床上推广应用。
Abstract:objective to study the effect of oral nursing combined with health intervention on clinical efficacy of periodontitis patients in outpatient middle and old patients. Methods 100 middle-aged and elderly patients with periodontitis who came to our hospital for outpatient treatment from May 2016 to March 2017(120 teeth) were randomly divided into research groups(n= 50 cases) and control groups(n= 50 cases). The control group received routine care. The group compared the clinical efficacy and plaque index of the two groups with the oral health intervention in the traditional nursing foundation. Results there was no significant difference in gingival crevicular bleeding index (SBI) and periodontal index (PI) between the study group and the control group (P＞0.05). Through oral nursing and health intervention, thetherapeutic effect of the study group (96%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (78%), and the statistical difference between the study group and the control group for 1 months SBI and PI was significant. The improvement effect of SBI and PI in the study group was better than that of the control group after 3 months, and the difference of data between the groups was significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion oral health care combined with health intervention can not only improve the clinical efficacy, but also improve dental plaque in middle-aged and elderly patients with periodontitis.It is worthy of clinical application.
