中文摘要: 目的 探究集束化护理在脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者康复中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年4月—2018年3月期间郑州人民医院收治的156例脑卒中合并吞咽功能障碍患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各78例，对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以集束化护理，对比两组吞咽功能变化及护理效果。结果 观察组护理后洼田饮水试验评分为（1.06±0.11）分，低于对照组的（2.84±0.18）分(P＜0.05)。观察组护理优良率为92.3%，高于对照组的73.1%(P＜0.05)。结论 对脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者开展集束化护理干预，有助于进一步提高吞咽功能障碍。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of cluster nursing in rehabilitation of patients with dysphagia after stroke. METHODS The 156 stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction treated in our hospital in April 2017 ~2018 March were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 78 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was treated by cluster nursing, and the changes of swallowing function and nursing effect were compared between the two groups. RESULTS The score of drinking water test in observation group after treatment was (1.06+0.11), lower than that in control group (2.84+0.18)(P＜0.05). The excellent and good rate of nursing in the observation group was 92.3%, which was higher than 73.1% in the control group (P＜0.05).CONCLUSION Conclusion: cluster nursing intervention for patients with dysphagia after stroke can help to improve swallowing dysfunction.
