中文摘要: 目的 以广东省茂名市新安镇为例，了解农村中老年人（≥40岁）就医行为及现状。方法 针对基本情况、患病时疾病处理方式、医疗机构选择和就诊方式等方面对新安镇农村中老年人进行问卷调查和深度访谈。结果 调研发现，农村中老年人就医意识较差，更倾向于私人诊所，就医方式主要以药物与门诊治疗为主等。结论 依据Andersen模型，农村中老年人的受教育程度、收入状况、地区经济文化环境和医疗可及性等对新安镇农村中老年人的就医行为产生了显著影响，应有针对性的提出政策建议。

Abstract:Objective To understand the current situation of medical treatment among middle-aged and elderly people (≥40 years old) in rural areas of Xin'an Town, Maoming City, Guangdong Province. Methods Questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews were conducted among rural middle-aged and elderly people in Xin'an Town in terms of basic conditions, disease treatment methods at the time of illness, medical institution selection, and treatment methods. Results The survey found that rural middle-aged and elderly people have a poor sense of medical treatment, preferring private clinics, and mainly relying on drugs and outpatient treatment. Conclusion According to the Andersen model, the education level, income status, regional economic and cultural environment and medical accessibility of rural middle-aged and elderly people have a significant impact on the medical treatment behavior .It needed to provide policy support.
