中文摘要: 目的 了解天津市儿科方向医学生的职业期望，提出相关合理建议。方法 问卷调查天津市儿科方向医学生120人,收回有效问卷107份，运用统计学方法对问卷进行分析。结果 性别、是否为独生子女、学历和毕业后打算等因素对于职业期望的不同维度有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 医院应该进行管理改革；政府出台相关政策保障儿科医学生来源，以及儿科专业医学生的质量；社会加强宣传，增强社会对于儿科医生的认可度，缓解“医患关系”。
Abstract:BJECTIVE to understand the career expectation of Tianjin clinical medical students majored in pediatrics , and make some reasonable suggestions. METHODS 120 pediatric professional clinical medical students in Tianjin were surveyed by questionnaires about career expectations. RESULTS Gender, only-child status, educational background, post-graduation plans and other factors were statistically significant for different dimensions of career expectations (P＜0.05). CONCLUSION Hospital management should be reformed. The government issued relevant policies to guarantee the source of pediatric medical students and the quality of pediatric medical students.The society should increase publicity and enhance the acceptance of pediatricians.
