Abstract:In this study, three national health service survey data were used to clarify the current situation of disease burden of rural poverty population of patients with chronic diseases. Through the interpretation of Guyuan city health poverty alleviation policy and using the field research method and interview method to propose problems in the implementation of the healthy poverty alleviation policy in the city, which aims to propose policy suggestions to solve the health poverty alleviation policy for rural poverty population of patients with chronic diseases.
