中文摘要: 目的 探讨快速康复外科护理模式应用在胸外科手术中的护理效果及应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2016年3月—2017年4月在郑州颐和医院接受手术治疗的胸外科患者130例，根据护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上采取快速康复外科护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组住院时间（8.37±1.49）d，住院费用（1.35±0.27）万元，护理满意度（94.27±2.11）分；对照组住院时间（13.68±3.66）d，住院费用（1.89±0.68）万元，护理满意度（90.03±1.02）分。组间对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组并发症发生率4.62%优于对照组的13.84%，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 快速康复外科护理模式应用在胸外科手术患者中能够加速术后康复，提升临床护理满意度，降低术后并发症发生，具有临床应用价值。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the nursing effect and application value of the application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing mode in Department of thoracic surgery. METHODS A retrospective analysis of 130 Department of thoracic surgery patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital in March 2016 -April 2017. Patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different nursing methods. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group received fast track surgery nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. RESULTS The observation group FVC72.09±9.89%, 68.97± 10.96% FEV1, hospitalization time (8.37±1.49) d, hospitalization expenses (1.35±0.27) million yuan, nursing satisfaction (94.27±2.11); control group FVC62.98± 13.11%, 58.76±12.43% FEV1, hospitalization time (13.68±3.66) d,
hospitalization expenses (1.89±0.68) million, nursing satisfaction (90.03±1.02) points. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Application of fast track surgery nursing mode in Department of thoracic surgery patients can accelerate postoperative rehabilitation, improve clinical ①
