中文摘要: 目的 基于家庭医生签约制度的引导，对老年群体的认知情况、签约情况和满意情况进行了调查，从签约与未签约两个角度分析制度对老年群体就医行为的影响，为签约服务全面铺开提出相关的科学措施。方法 采用方便抽样的方法，在天津市辖区内采用问卷与访谈相结合的方法随机发放300份问卷。结果 老年群体的知晓率为28.7%；签约率为28.5%；对医护人员医疗技术的满意度最高，占比70.2%；除首诊选择外，就医频率、服药时长和医疗费用对老年群体的就医行为都有影响。结论 加大制度的宣传与推广，构建信任的桥梁，提高服务的水平和质量。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE Guidance of Family Doctor Contract System, there is survey about the cognitive situation, signed status and satisfaction of the elderly group, analysis of the impact of the system on the medical treatment behavior of the elderly from the two perspectives of signing and non-signing, put forward relevant scientific measures for the full development of contractual services.METHODS Using convenient sampling method, 300 questionnaires were randomly distributed in Tianjin Municipality by using the method of questionnaire and interview.RESULT The awareness rate of the elderly group is 28.7%,the signing rate is 28.5%,the highest degree of satisfaction was for medical personnel ,accounting for 70.2%,apart from the choice of first visit, the frequency of visiting a doctor, the length of medication, and the medical expenses have an impact on the behavior of the elderly. CONCLUSION Strengthen the propaganda and promotion of the system, structure a bridge of trust,improving the level and quality of services.
