Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of hypertension management and drug payment in community health service center "1+1+1" combined contract mode. METHODS From January 2017 to January 2018, a self-made questionnaire was used to analyze and compare 300 hypertension patients who participated in the "1 +1 +1" combination signed and unsigned hypertension patients. Indicators, compliance, drug payment fees and satisfaction. RESULTS After the intervention, the mean systolic pressure of the "1+1+1" signing group was(132.48±10.82)mmHg, the mean diastolic pressure was(78.24±6.52) mmHg, the blood pressure compliance rate was 71.83 %, and the BMI average was(22.13±3.22)kg/m2, The patient's Morisky drug compliance, medical convenience, and satisfaction were all higher than the control group. But the average annual total drug cost of the patient was(4 848.6±1 615.2) yuan, and the average annual per capita drug out-of-pocket cost was(607.3 ±198.5) yuan, higher than control group , the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). CONCLUSION "1+1+1" combination contract mode can effectively manage hypertension patients health and improve patient satisfaction, the community needs to further control the cost of medicine to meet the policy requirements.
