中文摘要: 目的 观察以家庭为中心的出院计划在NICU早产儿中的应用效果。方法 120例早产儿按时间先后分为对照组和观察组。比较两组早产儿出院时家长的家庭照护能力、出院后1周的护理工作满意度和出院后1个月内的再住院率。结果 观察组早产儿出院时家长的家庭照护能力明显高于对照组。观察组早产儿出院后1周的护理工作满意度明显高于对照组。观察组早产儿出院后1个月内的再住院率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 以家庭为中心的出院计划在早产儿中的应用，能提高早产儿家长的家庭照护能力，降低早产儿出院后1个月内的再住院率，提高家属对护理工作的满意度。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of family-centered discharge plan in NICU premature infants. METHODS 120 cases of premature infants were divided into control group and observation group according to time.The control group received NICU routine admission education, visitation and discharge guidance.On this basis,the observation group implemented the family-centered discharge plan.The assessment of family care ability of parents of premature infants who were discharged from hospital,the satisfaction of nursing work in one week after discharge of premature infants and the readmission rate within one month after discharge of premature infants were compared between the two groups. RESULTS The assessment of family care ability of parents of premature infants who were discharged from hospital in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group.The satisfaction of nursing work in one week after discharge of premature infants in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group.The readmission rate within one month after discharge of premature infants in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION The application of the family-centered discharge plan in premature infants can improve the family care ability of parents of premature infants, reduce the readmission rate within one month after discharge of premature infants, and improve the satisfaction of parents of premature infants with nursing work.
