中文摘要: 目的 了解烟台市慢性病疾病经济负担现状，制定解决对策。 方法 通过抽样调查、简单的描述性分析和线性回归方程，初步探讨慢性病发病和疾病经济负担的影响因素。结果 烟台市高血压、冠心病、脑血管病、糖尿病、骨关节炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、慢性胃肠炎和恶性肿瘤患者的经济负担依次为3 725元/人年、7 985元/人年、23 509元/人年、6 526元/人年、8 498元/人年、9 169元/人年、5 731元/人年和69 857元/人年。年龄、预防保健意识薄弱、门诊报销比例低、超重与肥胖以及基层医疗机构技术水平薄弱是加重疾病经济负担的主要影响因素。结论 应加强基层卫生人才队伍建设，开展“互联网+医疗”，加大门诊报销比例，健康促进关口前移，提高全人群的身体素质。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of economic burden of chronic diseases in Yantai and to formulate countermeasures. METHODS Through a sample survey, a simple descriptive analysis and linear regression equation were used to study the factors affecting the morbidity of chronic diseases and the economic burden of disease.RESULTS The economic burden of hypertension, coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, osteoarthritis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic gastroenteritis and malignant tumor in Yantai were 3 725, 7 985, 23 509, 6 526, 8 498, 9 169, 5 731, 69 857 yuan/person. Age, weak awareness of prevention and care, low rate of outpatient reimbursement, overweight and obesity, weak technical level of primary medical institutions are the main factors that aggravate the economic burden of disease. CONCLUSION Strengthening the construction of grass-roots health personnel, carrying out "internet + medical treatment", increasing the proportion of outpatient reimbursement, improving health and promoting the physical quality of the whole population.
