中文摘要: 目的 了解南昌市二级以上医疗机构疾病预防控制工作现况。方法 参照考核标准，采取查阅资料、实地调查和现场测试等方式，对南昌市15家二级以上医疗机构疾病预防控制工作的开展情况进行调查。结果 医疗机构公共卫生专业人才缺乏；临床医生缺乏对预防控制相关知识的储备和理解；医疗机构重医轻防，奖惩机制不到位，工作人员积极性低，疾病预防控制工作执行效果差。结论 需建立以疾病预防控制机构为中心，以医疗机构为疾病监测哨点和临床救治技术支撑的防控系统团队，促进医防整合。
Abstract:Objective To understand the current status of medical institutions of level two and above in Nanchang to carry out disease control and prevention activities. Methods Survey was conducted among 15 hospitals in Nanchang using looking up information, filed investigation, spot test, according to assessment criterion. Results These 15 medical establishments were short of public health professionals; Clinical doctors lacked reserve and understanding of disease control and prevention knowledge. Medical institutions attached more importance to medical proof than disease prevention, rewards and punishment mechanism didn’t reach the designated position, which resulted in low motivation for staff and poor implementation of disease prevention and control. Conclusion The integration between medicine and prevention of disease prevention as the center, medical institutions as technical support for disease surveillance and clinical treatment should be promoted.
