Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the application of intraspinal anesthesia in analgesic labor and its influence on the time of labor, obstetric and neonatal sensitive indicators. METHODS From January 2016 to July 2018, 654 parturient who received regular maternity examinations in target hospital and were given non-analgesic or analgesic delivery were selected. Among them, 327 were given analgesic delivery and 327 were given non-analgesic delivery. The delivery time, obstetric sensitive index and neonatal sensitive index of these two groups were observed. RESULTS The time of the first and second stages of labor in the analgesic delivery group were significantly shorter than the conventional delivery group (P＜0.05); the rate of cesarean section and lateral perinea incision in the analgesic delivery group was lower than the conventional delivery group, and the rate of natural delivery was higher than the normal delivery group (P＜0.05), vaginal delivery rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate had no significant difference (P＞0.05); there was no significant difference in neonatal sensitive indicators between these two groups (P＞0.05). CONCLUSION Intraspinal analgesia had good controllability, which could reduce the time of the first and second stages of labor, reduce the rate of cesarean section and lateral perinea incision, improve the natural delivery rate, improve maternal and infant outcomes, and ensure the safety of delivery. It was worthy of clinical application.
