中文摘要: 目的 了解某医学院校大学生人际关系与心理健康现状及相关性,为制定心理健康干预策略提供依据。方法 采样方便抽样的方法抽取样本;采用人际关系量表和一般心理健康量表开展匿名问卷调查;采用SPSS 19.0软件进行数据处理。结果 医学院校大学生人际关系量表总分为(7.14±7.85)分,在家庭结构和年级上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心理健康量表总分为(4.61±3.67)分,在性别、年级和是否为学生干部上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,人际关系及其各维度与心理健康及其焦虑、忧郁维度呈正相关(P<0.05);人际关系的交际与交友、交谈维度与心理健康的自我否定维度呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,人际关系及其各维度能够预测心理健康状况16.7%~49.8%的变异。结论 医学院校大学生人际关系与心理健康密切相关,提高医学生人际交往能力有助于提高其心理健康水平,建议学校教育工作者注重培养并引导医学生建立正确的人际交往价值观,促进医学生全面健康成长。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation and correlation of interpersonal relationship and mental health among college students, to provide evidence for the development of mental health intervention strategies. METHODS Samples were selected by sampling method; anonymous questionnaires were conducted by using interpersonal relationship scale and general mental health scale; SPSS19.0 Software was used for data processing. RESULTS The total score of interpersonal relationship scale was 7.14±7.85, and the difference was statistically significant in family structure and grade (P<0.05). The total score of mental health scale was 4.61±3.67, and the difference was statistically significant in gender, grade, and whether or not the student leader (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that interpersonal relationship and its dimensions were positively correlated with mental health and anxiety and depression dimensions(P<0.05), and communication and friendship, conversation dimension were positively correlated with self-denial dimension (P< 0.05). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that interpersonal relationships and their dimensions could predict the mental health status as 16.7%~49.8%. CONCLUSION The interpersonal relationship of college students was closely related to mental health. Improving the interpersonal ability could improve their mental health. It was recommended that school educators should pay attention to cultivating and guiding students to establish correct interpersonal values and promote the overall healthy growth of college students.
