中文摘要: 目的 观察自制热奄包联合推拿治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。 方法 将228例腹泻患儿随机分为观察组(采取自制热奄包+推拿按摩治疗)和对照组(采取推拿按摩治疗)，比较两组的疗效、症状积分、恢复速度及肠道菌群。结果 治疗后，观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组各症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患儿腹泻好转、呕吐消失、发热消失、正常进食和正常排便时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组肠杆菌、肠球菌水平显著低于对照组，乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 自制热奄包+推拿按摩可以有效治疗小儿腹泻，且见效更快。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of self-made Reyanbao combined with massage on diarrhea in children. METHODS A total of 228 children patients with diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group(given self-made Reyanbao + massage therapy) and control group(given massage therapy). The efficacy, symptoms scores, recovery rate and intestinal flora were compared. RESULTS The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the symptoms scores in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). The diarrhea improvement time, vomiting disappearance time, fever disappearance time, normal eating and normal defecation time in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of Enterobacter and Enterococcus in observation group were significantly lower than control group while the levels of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Self-made Reyanbao + massage could effectively treat diarrhea in children, which had fast effects.
