Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish an effective community health education evaluation index system to guide community nursing staff to conduct health education and health management for community chronic disease rehabilitation patients. METHODS Through the literature review, the framework of community health education evaluation index system was preliminarily formulated. Two circles of expert consultation were applied by the Delphi method. The experts rated the importance of the indicators, and deleted the indicators according to the degree of coordination and concentration of the experts. The weight of the first and secondary indicators was determined by AHP. RESULTS The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of consultation were both 100.0%, the overall authoritative coefficient of the experts was 0.80>0.70, and the expert coordination coefficients of the first and secondary indicators were 1.000 and 0.278(P<0.01). Respectively, a community health education evaluation index system with 5 first indicators, 53 secondary indicators and their weights constitute. The weights of health knowledge, health beliefs, health behaviors, health education satisfaction and physiological indicators were the same, at 0.200. CONCLUSION The community health education evaluation index system constructed in this study had high credibility and strong operability, and had a positive effect on the development of community health education to scientific and standardized development.
