Abstract:aking integrating pension service with medical service as an example, and with the exploration experience of previous scholars and its own exploration experience, it systematically analyzed the key paths, the constraints of each link, and the coping strategies of integrating pension service with medical service package construction in community health center. The research results showed that the construction of integrating pension service with medical service package should undergo 5 steps, including the establishment of basic elements of service package, quality control of service package development, cost measurement of service package, service package pricing, and service package operation assessment and settlement. The process was subject to constraints from suppliers, demanders, and governments. Suppliers needed to consider the constraints of each party, and needed to choose their own coping strategies of package construction based on their own allocated resources. The research results could be used to guide the peers to carry out the orderly construction of integrating pension service with medical service package, and provide references for peers to build community health service packages that surround specific populations.
