中文摘要: 为研究3～6岁儿童的饮食行为状况及其影响因素，对四川省南部地区的411名儿童家长进行问卷调查。结果显示，3～6岁儿童在饮食行为上存在一定的差异性，进食的主动性表现较好，但不少存在食物响应较低、有不良饮食习惯和食量偏小等情况。儿童的进食行为受到生活所在地、出生时是否足月、母亲受教育水平、家庭进餐氛围和零食摄入量的影响。基于发现的问题，进行针对性的探讨并提出相应的建议。
Abstract:In order to study the eating behavior of children aged 3-6 years and its influence factors, we investigated 411 parents in southern region of Sichuan province. The results showed that children aged 3-6 years old had some differences in eating behaviors, they were better at initiative eating. Some children had bad dietary behavior, low response to food and low food intake. Children’s eating behavior were affected by living region, whether it is full-term at birth, mothers’ educational level, family dining atmosphere and snack intake. Based on the discovers, pertinent discussion and corresponding suggestions were given.
