中文摘要: 目的 研究肺咳颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠干预感染后咳嗽效果及对白三烯影响结局。方法 选取2017年12月—2018年11月上海市宝山区罗店医院感染后咳嗽患儿192例，分为观察组和对照组，每组各96例。对照组采用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片口服，观察组采用肺咳颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片口服；观察和比较两组患儿症状改善效果和药物不良事件率，检测治疗前后血清、尿白三烯水平。结果 治疗后，两组患儿症状评分和血清、尿白三烯水平均较同组治疗前下降且观察组上述项目和指标低于对照组(P＜0.05)。用药不良事件率4.17％，低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 肺咳颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠通过降低感染后咳嗽患儿机体白三烯水平，能促进咳嗽好转、降低不良事件率，为一种理想方案。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Feike granule combined with montelukast sodium on cough after infection and the effect of leukotriene on the outcome. METHODS 192 children with post-infection cough in Luodian Hospital, Baoshan District, Shanghai, from December 2017 to November 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group (96 cases each). The control group was given montelukast sodium chewable tablets orally, while the observation group was given Feike Granules combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablets orally. The improvement effect of symptoms and adverse drug events were observed and compared between these two groups. Serum and urinary leukotriene levels were measured before and after treatment. RESULTS After treatment, the symptoms score, serum and urinary leukotriene levels of these two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment, and the above items and indicators of the observation group were lower than the control group (P＜0.05). The rate of adverse drug events was 4.17%, which was lower than the control group (P＜0.05). CONCLUSION Feike granule combined with montelukast sodium could promote the improvement of cough and reduce the incidence of adverse events by reducing the level of leukotriene in children with post-infection cough.
